[ Percy in particular DEFINITELY hasn't seen this man before. There may be a hint of familiarity - something about that hair? But that's all.

[ Sure is Belos putting all the members of Phoenix in their place! There's a metaphorical phoenix in the birdcage, but also the various members of Phoenix being bound by ropes and stuff. Including Stoat! ]
