Bootyyyshaker9000: The regency era is a time period in the early 1800s known for elegance and being proper and a lot of romance novels like to take place there.

HUNTER: WE HAVE HISTORICAL BOOKS LIKE THAT TOO

Bootyyyshaker9000: That isn't so surprising, being elegant and proper is tempting. Unless it has the same aesthetic and properness, which would be surprising.
